ROOTED IN HEART COACHING TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which you may access Rooted in Heart Coaching (“we,” “our,” or “us”) services, website, and programs.
By booking a session, participating in coaching, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Rooted in Heart Coaching provides non-clinical somatic and intuitive coaching.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention.

Nothing on this website or in coaching sessions should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to engage in coaching services.

3. Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship is:

  • collaborative

  • insight-driven

  • future-focused

  • non-clinical

Coaching does not replace therapy or mental health treatment.
Services will be paused or discontinued if coaching becomes inappropriate for your needs.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of each session unless otherwise arranged.

  • All sales are final once services are rendered.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be billed according to our cancellation policy.

Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.) may apply their own fees or terms.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

By booking, you agree to the cancellation policy outlined in the Coaching Agreement.
This includes 24-hour notice, one grace pass, and late/no-show fees as described.

6. Communication & Boundaries

Email, text, and messaging are for administrative purposes only.
Coaching support does not take place outside of scheduled sessions unless explicitly stated in your package.

We do not guarantee immediate responses to emails or messages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content shared in coaching—including worksheets, modules, exercises, written material, and recordings—is the intellectual property of Rooted in Heart Coaching.

You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials outside your personal experience.

8. Technology Disclaimer

Virtual coaching may experience interruptions due to technology failures.
We are not responsible for:

  • internet outages

  • platform malfunctions

  • lost recordings

  • device issues

If a disruption occurs, we will reschedule or reconnect as appropriate.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time.
If services are discontinued, referrals may be offered when appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Rooted in Heart Coaching is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • You agree not to hold us responsible for decisions made during or after coaching.

You acknowledge coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or mental health care.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.
