Helping Women Break Cycles Through Reconnection, Safety & Self-Trust
What Coaching Is
Coaching is a collaborative and supportive process that invites reflection, awareness, and personal exploration. It focuses on your present experience, the patterns that feel meaningful, and the ways you want to show up in your life. Together, we explore somatic awareness, felt sense, intuitive listening, and practices that support grounding and self-connection.
Coaching creates time and space for you to explore what feels true for you. You guide the pace, and I offer presence, curiosity, and structured support as you deepen your understanding of your internal world.
What Coaching Is Not
Coaching is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. It does not replace counseling, crisis support, or clinical care. Coaching does not include diagnosing, treating, or assessing mental health conditions, and it does not involve medical or psychological advice.
If it becomes clear that clinical support would be more helpful or necessary, I will communicate this openly and encourage you to seek care from a licensed mental health provider. Your wellbeing is always the priority.
Boundaries and Scope
My role as a coach is to offer guidance and grounded support as you explore your inner experience. I hold space for awareness, reflection, and personal insight while honoring your autonomy at every step. You choose what feels right to explore, and you are always welcome to pause or redirect the focus of our work.
Coaching is best suited for individuals who feel stable enough to engage in reflective, awareness-based practices. If at any point your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will help you identify appropriate resources. The intention is to ensure that you receive the type of support that aligns with your wellbeing.
